To qualify for a VA home loan, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. The easiest way to determine if you are eligible is to check your COE or Certificate of Eligibility.

The COE, which we can usually access for you very quickly, will allow us to determine if you are eligible and if you are exempt from paying the upfront funding fee. It will also tell us that you are receiving VA disability pay that we can use as guaranteed income to help you qualify.

The following chart will give you a place to start to see if you are eligible, but your true eligibility is determined by your COE.
